Hands down,Quran. Really nice prose. Nietzsche is still better and less crazy too.

1) It's his masterpiece, intended to contain his whole world-view. No need to read anything before.
2) Chapters are short and relatively self-contained, you don't need to read it sequentially.
3) Read it slowly as it's densely written, not one word without a meaning.
4) Don't read it if you don't like prose, in that case go for Beyond Good and Evil

He thought the Apollonian was ruling supreme. So he went for the Dionysian to balance this, because according to him the early pre-greek societies had them both side by side. Dionysian alone means creation and war and in the long term self-destruction, Apollonian means law and order, a static society and in the long term decay.
