100 pages in and this book still hasn't done anything to hook me. I feel like I've been reading for days. Reading a page is like slogging through thick swamp water, my boots are full of pebbles and every step is painful. There's got to be a reason people like this though. Maybe it will get good if I read 100 more pages?
