The shallow may engage with old traditional system but only out of exotic addition to their ego without any real grasping. Tolle is pretty much modern zen without asceticism.

I never understood how can someone force himself to meditate seems like quite an oxymoron .
You strain yourself getting away from yourself in order to get closer to yourself.
I do intuitive meditate its effortless its residing in ones nature only removing what obscures it.
Meditate shouldnt be an experience but rather way of living
