Which of his opinions are valid? He didn't get that Severian is a puppet and that every event is orchestrated so he could become the New Sun.
He didn't get that Severian has a distinct voice and that his memory is quite imperfect.
He didn't understand that the whole point is a religious experience so claiming that it goes nowhere is very stupid.
He didn't get the meta narrative which was told through the stories and dreams.
So yeah, he's a massive pleb. Which makes sense considering its an anime page.
