Seems kinda ironic how edgy liberal atheists (mostly teenagers I assume) claim to follow Church of Satan when he was literally a follower of Ayn Rand's philosophy. Also his daughter got abused from there.

It really annoys me how people communicate in memetics now. You can't have any actual conversation with someone online or even offline without it being reduced to some weird memetic format in response. What the fuck is wrong with people? I understand responding with a reaction image because human reaction is a thing and it can be conveyed. See my image attached to this post for my reaction to speaking with memes.

i was listening to some yale courses and i noticed even they are infected with corrupted pro-modern, pro-islam, pro-equality, democratic unorthodox "challenging" shitty views professors prostitute themselves to alumni with a certain affectation. recommend me books that criticize the academy

Garbage opinion. You probably know your mother tongue and one other passably at best. Stop pretending to be Mr worldwide, I'm not going to learn Spanish just because I want to read one book about a autistic knight with a fetish for windmills. Get a fucking grip you waste of a cumshot

>hierarchical oppressive structures are actually super cool and natural
>sharecropping/ending slavery was bad because it hurt slaves
These two positions are inconsistent, either you do or you don't care about the health and well being of slaves.

didn't you ever consider the fact that the book might have presented a compelling argument but that that doesn't make it true?

Done pasting in the relevant segments. This includes: assorted poetry, some changes to to the cover page and the list of quotes, a bit of the asuka erotica (the bit i wrote is lost, no biggie), Ode to scifi (islam in space) has been fully restored, the TSA NO FLY list, Der Coomer, and a tiny bit of the novel novel ideas list that was lost. If your text hasn't been restored I either missed it or it was such a low quality shitpost I didn't have the energy to copy paste it. Either way, here's the link to my backup, it has two dupes, the first one is my backup with proper formatting, the second is some other anon's backup with fucked formatting. I'm of the opinion this should be the last volume and it should just be edited to look proper after this. The number of really shit shitposts is stupid, too many image posts with minimal text too.

Is it bad to have a long speech in the first chapter of your novel?

The second half of the first chapter of a novel im writing has a long, very bible like (thematically) oration from one of the main characters. In the following chapters the dialogue is more interwoven with the action, but I plan there to be several more orations, with one in the final chapter to be a perfect mirror and payoff to the one in chapter one, so its all according to the design I have laid out in my mind, but im worried that such heavy dialogue from the start might be offputting to many readers. I suppose thats just an occupational hazard. Are there examples of popular works that start with a long winded orations?
