ultimately, factors that prevent anyone enjoying equality with anything ever (difference is an ontological necessity).

the egalitarian, in its various guises, is in a constant revolt against being. the more advanced and aware of them well recognize that conscious and active discriminatory efforts (up to and beyond execution of dissidents, one of the highest forms of social protection) are necessary and inevitable to make any headway in upending any sort of hierarchy.

the revolution is eternal, of course, but for the true Communist (and not a mere fellow traveler or other men of general good will), the struggle is existentially fulfilling, providing the life beyond life that is needed.
