Stopping by the woods on a snowy evening always makes me feel comfy, nostalgic, and a little melancholy, but that's the closest I've gotten to really feeling 'positive' emotions from reading. Strangely, I almost prefer negative emotions like sadness and grief to positive ones like happiness. The bad ones feel more real.

thanks for the interesting response, do you think theres a point where books will never be able to change your belief about something? At what age do you think these beliefs are forever cemented if so?
