/lit/ has ruined my ability to watch films and tv and anime. Before I started reading, I would binge watch series without end, but now that I've read Dostoevsky and Dante and Cervantes and Shakespeare, I find in films the dialogue to be terribly written, the plot to be painfully dull, the characters to be stiffly inhuman. Has this happened to anyone else?

Give me some good programs for reading PDFs. I'm not looking for much, only the ability to annotate and highlight what I'm reading, so simple is better.
