I'm pretty sure this assertion has been refuted in the OP. Indeed, if I decide to base my behavior on quantum observations, then as the quantum observation cannot be predicted, by extension my large-scale behavior will be impossible to predict.

Let's say I recognize that all football matches follow a certain distribution and thus I assign probabilities to certain events happening in football. It turns out that my probabilistic assessments are empirically correct and coincide with what actually happens. Does that mean that the football matches are all rigged in advance, i.e. the results are predetermined way before the match?
This hardly seems to be the case. Or at least, I don't see a reason why such a belief would be justified.
