Is this really the best place in the world to talk about literature and philosophy? reddit and goodreads are garbage and it is extremely hard to find someone who reads literature or talk to anybody about anything intellectual most people are too caught up in contemporary meme issues and cant think beyond memes. I know this place is still garbage but at least sometimes you can find people who can talk about adorno and deleuze and who you can have long discussions with about beckett. is there no other place? even academic settings have been infiltrated by neo-liberal capitalist ideology.

I'm studying computing sciences, these guys are the same faggots who watch Rick and Morty, watches the Marvel movies, they read comics and browse Reddit, these guys are a fraud, don't even listen to them, they won't achieve nothing, I read books when I have free time and when they say I can't relate to any of this is not necessary to get related on a book, the important is to learn something and apply it on your daily life, these guys are the same faggots who will say that computing science is not true science, fuck them, yes it is and it involves a lot of other sciences to make your fucking life more easier.
