It will make you even worse when you realize you're coping with the book instead of actually utilizing it for some end, it becomes all the more painful because you're just reading to distract yourself.

You spend all your disposable income on lottery tickets and just hope things get better and if they don't, you give up and become a priest.

Dump all your paychecks into Euromillions or Powerball tickets. If you don't hit it big after 5 years, life isn't worth living anyways and at least you tried. It is the only honest way of becoming wealthy too. All other means involve deceit and walking over people and using them. Odds are slim but face it, the odds of being at the right place and right time for social and jobs don't work out for everyone anyways so this will cause the most hope at the least amount of stress.

There's nothing you can read that will ease anything. Just buy a Powerball or Euromillions ticket or several of them and hope for the best.
