It doesn't matter if I were born. Antinatalism only works if you chose yourself not to breed and have children. You are simply not selfish enough to create a lifetime of suffering to someone else. Giving birth means to attach yourself and pass on your legacy to someone else. It is a selfish act.
Antinatalism are feeling pity for a person (or people) who aren't even alive yet.

Antimnatalist are ingrates when they try to convince other people to be as selfless as themselves. Or when they decide it's their duty to kill other people to release them of their suffering.

Yesterday I went to the library, and I happened to look at Miz Rand's The New Left: The Anti-Industrial Revolution. I opened the book and an appointment slip for the Disabled Student's Centre fell out. It was nice to see some criticism of the New Left that wasn't muh cultural bolshevism/cultural marxism/cathedral. She really let me down, though. All of the bad shit showed up. The called "Apollo and Dionysius" pretty much speaks for itself about Rand's perpetually denied Nietzscheanism, she even explicitly identifies Nietzsche with the Apollonian, so that was fun. Her bizarre hateboner for Kant keeps showing up along with the quoting of characters from her own books. Her essay about John Dewey and the Montessori method was so telling about the compromised instrumentality of her own innate Reason with a capital R. She turns into a caricature of herself when she rails against children being taught to share.
