I have this very small barely visible white patch on my cockhead, It doesn't itch or amything, I fact I had the exact same thing like two years ago and the doctor, after looking at it for 5 seconds, just prescribed me some cream that cleared it in like two days. I really wish I had asked what it was because I don't feel like going back, It's like 50 bucks just to let some old man look at my dick. I tried using some antifungal cream, because I assumed that what it was, but it had no effect. Any medfags can throw out a guess?

Actually he is totally wrong about being a great artist. You have to be delusionally confident if you want to make it. Every author who is now considered "great" knew that they would be. If you find your calling you just know it. Also as soon as you have doubts you start to adjust your writing to what you believe others may enjoy. Qs problem is that he does exactly that. He loves using strange neologisms and esoteric language because he is afraid of being truly authentic. I dont care if it is ironic pseudery. I would probably even prefer genuine pseudery, especially the totally delusional kind. Because that would atleast be interesting.
