I don't see the Boomer and Wojak as the same person at different lifepoints. I was under the assumption that Boomer was Wojak's dad, who mowed the lawn at 10am while he was trying to sleep. Or maybe it's a cycle, and every generation of Wojak goes through adolescanse/20's being a depressed/anixious loser, constantly trying to re-invent himself (but it's always just Wojak's same old self in a new hat). Until reaching his 30's, no longer being bounced around by the world, now wallows in nostalgia and the small universe he has for himself that he can control and predict.

Apu can't really be the evolution of Pepe. It doesn't make sense. It can be prequel though. As a child Pepe is helpless, naive, innocent, and spoiled/coddled so he never matures. When he inevitably does grow up, the innocence translates into somehow not obeying the laws of physics/nature, thus the absurdity of Pepe's cruelty is manifested. A cruelty born of his pampered and coddled nature, Pepe has no sense of others feelings or needs, he is the centre of the universe and everything else exists to help him. No longer physically helpless or scared/naive, Pepe uses others for pleasure, gaining joy from the misfortune he places them under.

What Pepe is doing now that Wojak is a boomer? Unfortunetly that tapestry is lost to history, so memeologists can only speculate. do you think people in the far future will study all our autistic shitposting OC in the same way we study ancient texts?
