That thread that got linked is 95% irrelevant shit like e-drama and shilling, but some of the projects are for real. There's an out-of-date archive of some here:
>mega.nz/folder/Seo1kSBa#3WmesL71uxmNLA6jzqbuvg
I'm working on an updated folder that's organised and captures some of the more recent projects while filling in the gaps:
>mega.nz/folder/2gsHSSbA#Sl46P4LljGlk9mnpAf3Mlw

Some of the longer or significant collab projects from the past include
>Zine Writers Guild
>the April Reader
>Pinecone
>the Annotated Moby Dick
>Hypersphere
>Lit Quarterly
>the Flash Fiction Anthologies
while the ongoing projects are
>&amp Magazine
>Unreal
>miniMAG
Lit Quarterly may have been the most successful of these, having actually vetted and paid contributors. I think it was around their third issue that they started advertising submissions off-site, which led to a deluge of responses and drowned out the real /lit/ component; it ended up being financially infeasible, and I believe it was started based on one guy's inheritance. Last five issues. Most projects have a pattern of starting with high ambitions before losing steam, sometimes turning to take submissions from off the site (Unreal and &amp are both in this stage) and thus losing their character.

Unreal, &amp, and miniMAG are all mostly conducted off-board in Discord communities now, and have their own in-group with vocal members trying to shill their existence as the "/lit/ renaissance".
Unreal publishes story anthologies and is ostensibly improving despite being mired in Discord culture and drama, while &amp has been on a steep decline since it returned with issue 015 after a long unannounced hiatus last year.
miniMAG is 4chan-lite and gets a lot of (if not most) content form people off-site. The people behind all three of of these groups work together to some degree in Discord servers, though they started independently.

&amp was maybe the most popular on-site of the three ongoing projects, and its shtick was publishing everything it received (though the same seems to go for most other projects). There was a project last year, during the hiatus, organised in threads to collect all the good pieces from the first fourteen issues into a single compilation ("the best of &amp", or the "best-of", if you check the archives), which hasn't come to fruition but soon(TM). (I organised that and am working on the final parts of it.)

There's also a cocktail recipe project currently in stasis from one of the people involved in Pinecone when it died, but that seems to be a one-off.
You've got a handful of people who hang out in the background and contribute as editors or as writers for random projects. I don't think any novels by authors from here have become successful, not to say they're all bad.

I've done a lot of digging through the archives about these projects (though there's limited info on the old projects), so if you want to discuss them you can email me at unofficial.drivel@gmail.com.

One more thing...dignity ends where necessity begins, you know when that is for you and only you know the lengths that you will go to have your art exposed, how bad you need fame and fortune, I'm just warning you that there are MILLIONS like you. I can see you're earnest about your writing I just don't want another aspiring artist to be misled by the commentary of ideologues who have never done anything to help anyone or impact them in any meaningful way. Watch out for that.

Pic related is the life of the average writer...Good or bad, that's reality. Don't sell out

I look for recommendations; What I want are books capable of changing my life, sharp books that are dynamite, maybe forbidden books, with pages that can hurt or show me new things, they don't have to be politically correct, more than anything I am interested in them being fictions, stories , essays or philosophy, but if you consider a policy book that you think may interest me, recommend it, I would also like sensitive books that show me the poetic nuances of life, LET'S GO, LET'S FILL ME WITH YOUR RECOMMENDATIONS (I don't want you to believe that I'm only looking for books politically incorrect, I just want to explain that I want to know books that seem like works of art and change my life, I am not interested in my Hitler fight)
