THE AENEID, ABRIDGED VERSION
Aeneas watched as the Greeks swarmed over the walls, his "King" had utterly failed. He sneered at his father, "nice job, old man," he barked, "look at what your generation has done!"

His father snarled to himself, laying in his bathtub staring at the wall.

Aeneas snatched up his father by his hair and dragged him naked into the street, "come along, Woman," he barked at his wife, "bring the money box," and she obeyed, running to and hauling back a massive chest of treasure.


Aeneas killed several hundred Greeks on his way to the boat with his father under one arm and no shield. During the walk he encountered Achilles who stared at him in silence.


Aeneas left Asia Minor and founded Rome.
