This book was pure genius. Hemmingway levels of genius at times, and just super intricate. My only complaint is that the ending felt really weak. Stevens fucking lied to himself till the very end, and when he finally broke down, it felt as if it was just a passing moment instead of some life changing realization. I just wish he would loosen his asshole just a little bit at the end there. It was refreshing to see how his demeanor towards life changed however, even though he didn't get the girl in the end. Other than that, pure genius. Will definitely read again and analyze.
