I am gonna do a History PhD eventually largely because I don't care to do anything else. Not really sure what to tell you. I don't expect any career prospects in academia from it. If anything, I'd be trying to turn my knowledge to my advantage in some manner. Maybe try to work as a private tutor. T b h, I don't know what I'll be doing but I am just gonna go yolo, trust my guts and build up the credentials I feel I could benefit from. Then hope for an opportunity.

If it makes you feel better, my dad dropped out right at the end of his degree, still got his dream job eventually, AND managed to fumble everything with regard to financial perks so that we're still broke regardless. All his colleagues own two homes - meanwhile if my dad loses his job we're instantly gonna be out on the streets.
So, you never know where life will take you. Oh yeah and my parents had me and my siblings when they didn't have any money, or a house, or stable careers.

After he shoots the man in self defense he appears to stop firing. Then a second guy appears to draw a weapon and point it at him, which means, especially if he rightfully defended himself in the first place, that he should be able to do it a second time. Everything afterward is just him rampaging around like a nigger murdering and executing everyone in his path. From his behavior after the possibly justified acts, it's safe to say that the confrontation was probably his fault and he didn't have a right to defend himself in the first place.
