There's absolutely nothing I could get out of this book or anything like it when this is my bone structure as an adult male (5'7" 125lbs). I'm just meant to suffer in this world.

I know this feeling to well. I'm cursed as a male so living my life as a normal looking adult male is out of the question; I could transition better than most (and potentially be happy) but the thought of living an unorthodox, inauthentic life fills me with massive fear; and finally going the macho route and lifting/being too masculine fills me with immense discomfort that I can't explain and just can't get past.

I feel like every option facing me leads to the same place of despair and I don't know what to do.

Probably just write the poem. This is what I look like as a fully developed adult male at 5'7". It was worse when I was in highschool and people thought I was grades younger.
