alright so I finished this royal bastards book. Here >>11189315 is my review of the first 50 pages or so and now a little more. I don't normally read yalls fancy novels from the 70s and big 4 or 5 authors that get posted here. I like randos I find on amazon and generally average tier fantasy. That being said this was without a doubt the worst book I ever read. I mean this literally, not in the 4chan joking kind of way, but this is a cuck fantasy novel.

99% of white people are bad, black people are smart and sexy. The white girl MC falls in love with the black warrior. The white boy who has been fawning over her for years turns into an evil villain and betrays them because she chose the negro. The negro princess is super smart and loyal. The MCs white half brother dies.

1/4 of the book is spent on the MC girl going "omg why am I blushing around the black warrior lol why do I feel like this omg" even though sex is brought up often so its not some foreign feeling. The characters themselves are retarded and one page they barely speak to another and the next they joke like they've known each other for years. They jump from point A to point B and the overall progression is awful.

Unless you're into your wife's son type of fantasy stay far away from this book.
