About what do writers think when they try to answer to the question of What is Literature?
So, what is literature?
Is it everything that has been written? All the novels one has read? A medium for artistic expression?
What do they mean when they say: literature is X or Literature does Y to your mind.
There are so many great books and all of them are so different with each other that it feels weird to just call them literature.
Some writers may say: well, literature for me has been a way of letting go of my pain or a way of making my ideas clearer. Some others say that it's not the content of the emotional weight but the style in which is presented.

What is literature for you?

Last time I cried was when my parents got divorced. Kinda pathetic, as I was already in my twenties.
