Getting "into Hegel" is kind of a package. Do you want to get in which concept debated in Hegel? The dialetic method, the religion, his theory on rights, logic? Why have a half-assed vision on Hegel as a whole when you can have a pretty based concept of a specific point? If you are looking for some basics on German idealism get the Dudley book on it. For Hegel interpretation Kojeve is always a good choice. Otherwise do the greeks ride and drop it halfways because it is massive and kinda boring.
