Does anyone here regularly play video games, watch television/movies, listen to music and read?

Not all at once, of course, but possibly within the same week or day

I find that I've "reprogrammed" my brain to read, which took a number of months to do. I actually have the patience to read now and I'm able to focus on the text. It has become the only type of media that I really consume now, other than the stuff I read online.

I feel tempted occasionally to go back to more immediately satisfying things like video games and TV shows, but I'm worried I'll lose the ability to read the 4-novel-per-month pace I've been maintaining.
