Say what you will, but this man faced opposition with respect, kindness, and understanding, never had harsh or hurtful words, respected and encouraged others, believed that all people had worth, and managed to see the best in everyone. Some will joke, but nobody can, honestly, claim that he wasn't a truly good person and nobody can doubt his sincerity.

He was, clearly, an intelligent man and always appeared content. We can all stand to learn a lesson from Mr. Rogers.
