I've noticed this "Cleaning Everyone’s House But My Own" phenomenon in myself and I guess it's present in everyone else to some extent.
But I personally can delve into great depths and diligently work for extended periods of time if it's for someone elses benefit. The second I decide to do something for myself I flake and procrastinate, can't think creatively either.
Any articles/ books about this phenomenon and how to exploit it towards personal success?
Getting a gf isn't a reasonable option btw.
