What's your opinion on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator?

Hi /lit/, where do I begin with psychology/psycho-analysis? Main dudes I'm interested in are Freud, Jung, and I suppose Adler. I've never taken more than psych 101 in college due to my focus being elsewhere.

Any recommendations for stuff from the guys I mentioned above and any others you may know would be wonderful.
