"Gnosticism" is a political term used by the Church to describe ideas they claim are not Canonical even though they literally are, I mean literally-literally like in John 6:63, because the Church is a Satanic hive-like entity that on one hand got Socratically duped into making a Canon containing all the ideas its Doctrine has later rejected, and on the other hand gets off on twisting people's minds with contradiction for its own sake.

Reminder that Jesus "sacrificing himself/dying for our sins" is strictly a Pauline inference, and not per the Gospels. Mark 10:45/Matthew 20:28 is the ONLY passage alluding to sacrifice in general, nothing about sin, and nothing about dying. The context isn't even Soteriological. And giving one's life and dying are not analogous even in vulgar Materialism, conflating them regarding Jesus is intellectually bankrupt. Business as usual for Paul, I guess.

If the Catholic truly thinks that he himself lives in a "marriage of Heaven and Earth", then not only would he not sanction Scripture but he would find it objectionable to do so. Faith in the Phenomenal to be Epistemologically friendly, and to take care of itself now and into the future, would also regard the past, thus Scripture itself would be thought of as arising and settling in a deliberate manner, and, moreover, the Catholic would have utmost faith in people exploring it of their own accord. Of course, Catholicism is actually synonymous with Dualism, among other Philosophical and Theological abominations. Their treatment of Scripture being as unsurprising as their hypocrisy is pestilential.
