Yes, ~90% of jobs are fake. But this isnt a good thing. This just leads to Zimbabwification of society and economy, picture related.

Back in the day you could afford a 3 floor house with white picket fence, 5 kids, and stay at home wife, with just 1 job in the car factory. You didnt even need a highschool degree. You could raise 5 kids and your wife didnt even have to work. This was called the American dream, I believe (im not from USA).
But back then all the jobs were real. You made fucking cars.

Today, you work in adult daycare called the office. You dont work for Ford, you work for some nameless clickview corporation (facebook, google, etc). You work an office job. Rent is 50% of your income, taxed are another 50%. You cant raise a single kid even with all the parents working AND the grandparents chipping in. Owning a house is a fantasy. Because no one is pouring cement out there, they are all babysitting excel files in the office. Babysitting excel files and gossiping and drinking coffee 8 hours a day doesnt produce any houses. There are no new houses. You cant buy a house anymore.

Meanwhile people in the real economy, mechanics and welders, they make more money than humanities professors make. They also own boats, at least where I'm from. Self employed tradies are millionaires (this doesnt mean anything anymore today, just owning a house makes you half a millionaire) and in my city if you need a plumber you go on a fucking waiting list like you need a liver transplant..
People in the real economy will simply separate themselves from the people in the welfare economy.
