Why is this a mars meme? Has no one done any actual research? The sandstorms on mars would not be deadly because the atmosphere is so thin. You vision would be impaired severely but you would barely be moved by the wind, it would be equivalent to a regular windy day on earth, but probably less.

I groan every time the 'oh noes sandstorm' garbage appears when someone is on mars.
