Pro tip: don't.

Just find a good girl. Are there good girls? Yes, but they are young. Sheltered young girl going to Christian schools. Are you an atheist like me? (*tip*) It doesn't matter. Bond her before she leaves her family. Keep her around. She'll be polite and listen to what you have to say, due to your seniority you command some respect, also because you are male and their instincts are not yet stunted by feminism.

Talk about books. Be enthusiastic about them. Debate philosophy. Bring it in context with the world. Make it sound relevant and interesting, because it is. She'll engage in discussion soon enough, having read up a bit on it, because she wants to adapt to you.

I did it with just this plan: find a girl you think has a nice personality, is sheltered, cute, looks good. Went out with those criteria in my head because I'm a radical anti-modernist. 24 yo, chatted up a 16yo girl, now 3 years later we are engaged.

I think I did her well, because I helped her to develop an interest in things that matter more than rampant modernist activities. You might enjoy the thought of mentoring someone and your prize is a cute girl that loves to discuss books with you.
