Every time after i fap i enjoy a brief moment of clariy and spontaneity, of creativity, and a desire to act upon the world. It usually lasts between 5-30 minutes, and most of my good writing comes from that, since my sentences and edits are inspired by the muses themselves. How do i mimic that effect? Should i take Nootropics or smoke weed?

What are some books to understand the female nature without having to actually interact with women? I want to write a female character, but i have no idea how to proceed in doing it, since i literally never talked to a female that wasn't my mother for more than 5 minutes.
Please no meme books like Sex & Character or On Women. These are boring and stale answers.

What are some books that give you true insight into the female nature? I want to be able to write realistic female characters, but the problem is that i haven't interacted with a female that isn't my mom in 5 years (which was the last time i had a conversation with a female that lasted for more than 10 minutes). Please no cliche meme books like On Women, Sex & Character etc. We all know about them, time to meme some other works.
