Yeah I don't know what the fuck that guy's talking about, Trump has exceptional "rhetorical chops." Listening to him speak in like listening to jazz. He has an incredible ability to improvise and generate words in a pleasing manner consistent with a general theme, but always an arrangement that's entirely unique and unrepeatable. There's an undeniable rhythm to the way he talks. He's a creature completely of the present moment and can't be tied down to pithy boilerplate soundbites that were dreamed up by Georgetown grads in a suburban NOVA office building.
