Post short stories you love. Short stories are awesome.

Just read Faulkner-- Dry September and Oconnor-- Parker's Back. Great pieces. Dry September was really redolent of McCarthy in Blood Meridian, I'm seeing Faulkner as his major influence.

I love Wessex Tales and Dubliners. Anyone know some other good collections of short stories designed to be read together?

Anyway post short stories you love or have been thinking about.
