Someone who somehow turns everything into an excuse to moan about their own problems. Someone who, although being self-sacrificing, seems disingenuous in how they constantly take responsibility for things knowing that nobody is blaming them for anything.

Example: Mary is a very polite old lady. Mary bumps into Bob, spilling hot coffee all over herself. She let's out a suppressed little squeak, then looks up. "Oh, selfish old me! I'm always thinking of myself!"

This sort of self-righteous behaviour, being self-sacrificing while simultaneously being a cunt about it.
