dear God sleep paralysis again last night, I felt myself be dragged by the legs from my bed and then paralysed on the ground unable to move and all the air from my lungs being squashed out
I get the sense that most of the people who make sleep paralysis demon memes have not actually had sleep paralysis before because that shit is so fucking terrifying I don't ever feel like joking about it
