Joined my university's judo club last month. Was shocked in how difficult it was. 2 hours of non stop workout. Had to sit down my first class and in the second I vomited in the bathroom. Everybody was pretty nice to me, I'm an out of shape bathroom. And although I'm getting better Im still the absolute worst one in class and can tell people are getting frustrated with my presence. Nobody wants to sparr with me anymore because I gas out quick and I can just see a general feeling of disapproval.
I'm trying as hard as I can. After today's class the sensei told me not to show up to this joint training session we're having with another school.
I have never felt so much shame and disappointment with myself. I don't know why my body can't keep up with the others. I'm not overweight or have medical problems. 5 years of NEET lifestyle is catching up with me.
