What do weak men read to become strong?

Are there any scholarly sources that debunk burn-out. Or if burn-out is supported by the latest science are there any credible sources that propose a permanent cure.

I remember there was an author who said that women do not have much to say, the only thing they have is their looks, but that's enough to make a man an idiot, if a woman has nothing to say, their looks would make a man say everything she says is beautiful, if a woman doesn't have personality, their looks would make a man say she is the most gracious woman ever
And if a woman happens to have a good quality outside of her looks, men immediatly think she is a diamond in the entire world
