I'm close to midway maybe on the final book. An excerpt from book 2:
>Platt hit the princess again, bloodying her mouth. He attempted to enter her. In his excitement, he instead ejaculated across her white belly. He screamed a curse and slapped her, front and backhand.

This book has been influential, at least in gaining something out of it because the characters feel like actual distinctive beings and it aligns with how I'd like to write characters in an eventual book. So much shit I read, maybe due to being self-pub nonsense makes characters feel so sterile, as if every conversation they stand at attention like automatons, gazing into each other's eyes and having mechanical conversations to move the plot along.
