Hello /lit/ I would like to ask for some author recommendations. I have gorged myself on sci-fi books and want to get into medieval fantasy or anything similar. The authors I enjoyed most were Philip K. Dick, Jack Vance, and Gene Wolfe. What authors in the medieval fantasy genre are most similar to them and not Reddit tier?

Paolini really wrote this at 15? It's no great feat of literature and borrows heavily from other sources, Star Wars for the plot and LOTR for the world building. Still 15? What did you guys think? It wasn't awful. Listening to it on audiobook now, for lack of something else to read and some parts are fun. I'm giving it a 6/10 so far.
