Okay so this is the same girl I made a thread about a few weeks ago and we settled our issue but now she was interested in some douche bag who had a gf but he was still flirting with her and my friend got really upset yesterday and I calmed her down and she appreciated it alot and I told her to relax for the night and we can hang out tomorrow, lunch is on me. Now shes a really good friend of mine and later that night she posted a snapchat story of her at a bar and getting drunk. And when she drinks she goes wild, and its not good. In the snapchat story I saw some guy near them taking pics of her saying YEAHHHH and I flipped out, I texted her saying if that fucking piece of shit touches u I will go after him. Because she has had an incident occur before where she was orally raped bc she was drunk and I didnt want anything to happen again. So she texts me back and I didnt see the text till late because I had fallen asleep and she said

YOU NEED TO RELAX.
HES MY FRIEND
DONT FUCKING TALK TO ME AGAIN

I tried calling her various times this morning and no answer. However she even left our group chat we have over imessage with a few other friends and thats shady af. So basically she took my advice and threw it in the garbage. Was I too protective? I HATE people who harm innocent people its why I thought about joining the army. So was I too protective or does she not realize how good of a friend I am?
