No. Philosophy as a practice is pretty specific human cultural phenomenon by definition. Apes don't sit about in academies pondering things and arguing about abstract theories. There is not evidence to suggest that apes are even concerned with abstractions -- in a wholly uncivilized environment, in a hunter-gatherer society even more rudimentary than the hunter-gatherer societies of men, they could not possibly have any use for such shit. Amazonian tribes don't have philosophers to help them make sense of the world -- shamans maybe, but not anything we would call philosophers. Why should apes, who are incalculably further from human culture?

There are ape philosophers in the sense that humans are apes, but nothing recognizable as philosophy was ever produced by humans before the Neolithic Revolution. Did they have shamanic, religious, wisdom traditions they transmitted orally? Probably, but that's not really philosophy except in the broadest sense of the word, and it doesn't have much in common with philosophy as it has been practiced in historical times. tl;dr no, and if you were an ape philosopher you would probably starve or get killed by other apes while you lounged about in the fucking jungles of darkest Africa trying to be Rodin's Thinker

I've never bothered to look into it because I've always suspected that the whole genre is built around coming up with absurd shock titles to get people to buy them. I'm willing to bet Hitler's Ass Children or The Haunted Vagina are a lot less entertaining (ironically or genuinely) than the ridiculous titles suggest.
Same goes for films like Sharknado et al.
