this was my favourite stephen king book (collection of short stories) but i also enjoyed The Dead Zone (only 2 things i've read by him)

i enjoyed it because i thought the stories subject matter was interesting and fun, also he has a writing style that is very easy to read and enjoy.

i read it as a teenager, got it from the college library so i'm thinking i was probably 17.

it did not scare me but got me thinking about certain themes and ideas presented in the story.

I'd definitely suggest it to anyone interested in reading some King but not wanting to get bogged down with a full novel
