I live in a total hovel but I have never felt more creative. I think my goal of a novel per month is going to be fairly easy to achieve. I have contacts locally that pay me about $100 a day for labour so I can easily make my rent, the rest of my time is 80% spent on writing.

/lit/ really inspires me to keep going because the more of us who write, the more pressure on everyone to produce. If we can get a handful of authors on here pumping out work, it will really encourage more people to throw their hats in the ring as well.
