Georg Büchner once said about philosophy:
>Why can't philosophers use human words to describe human things.

>are trying to express the meaning in human existence
This is a pretty subordinate subject in philosophy. After all, it's not a religion.

Nowadays, philosophers ask themselves about things like "How is the <mind> consistently thinkable?" (Philosophy of Mind), "Do we need abstract entities to explain the possibility of the existence of electrons or don't we?" (Ontology) or "Are words like <thinking> and <deciding> legitimate descriptions of something brains do or are they only applicable to persons?" (analytical philosophy/philosophy of language). Just to give you some examples of what philosophers really do.

Your Excellency, may you please enlighten the slow-witted masses and tell us how you came to such an astonishing conclusion?
