/lit/ - Literature

Recently I've become really afraid of something, I can't describe it properly, it's too abstract. At first I thought it was just social anxiety, but I experience it when I am also alone. My room was the only safe space I had, but it started creeping in. On introspection, the fear of experiencing life itself, is the closest thing to what I can describe it as. I thought of posting it on /sci/ but they would just call me paranoid schizo, and they do not believe soft science to be science. Does /lit/ have any material on what happening to me?
