The fence means end of the wild west, the land has been tamed or some other cliche bullshit McCarthy made up. He's a good writer, but he uses alot of words to say very little.

How to i keep writing? i would get a spark of motivation and write a couple pages of a story before getting board of it and not going back to it. There's too many ideas bouncing around in my noggin to just sit down and put it on paper.

When i was a kid i had a problem with learning language as i was raised around 3 of them; french, english, and urdu. I would basically make a frankenstein's monster dialect where i would swap words in and out. The ESL teachers just had me work on english as a child and now it's the only language i speak.
