I have the same struggle recently. Part of it has due to with asking better questions, another part is learning how to effectively solve the problem without second guessing yourself

What do you truly desire? And will asking better questions, metacognitive strategies etc help you get there? Or is it another form of procrastination? Because personally that's where I draw the line with rumination vs. constructive problem solving. I hate the concept people throw around about "overthinking", but it applies here. Are you putting off your real problems by trying to ask better questions? What could you do today, that'll benefit you tomorrow?
