I bought a GPU for the first time in 7 years.
My motherboard is old, PCIe 2.0 and the card is 4.0. I checked it up and everywhere it says that PCIe is backward compatible and I'll just lose bandwidth (I only play old games at 1080p anyway).

I plugged it in and it doesn't fucking work.

I'm quite upset in all honesty.
