Try to find the joy in studying, pick up engineering or electronics, anything that requires mathematics and physics, that will keep you interested and your mind active and focused. But this is purely from my own experience.

So hard to stay away from internet while at home with no big responsibilities... though I am starting to build up the time I spend reading and studying and what not, rather than keeping myself constantly subjected to by the idiotic shit 4chan youtube and other forums keep repeating. It's so wont of me to go back to the inane crap I expect to be crap on a mare trifle(it's so easy) that I need to little by little rewire my mind by reminding myself why not to visit such sites until it becomes second nature/truism.
