I'll ask in this thread, I'm trying to wrap my head around iambic pentameter. How am I supposed to read this:

>Our song; they hold the great and godly mount
>Of Helicon, and on their delicate feet

If I make a pause for each line it sounds retarded, am I supposed to ignore the line breaks? Because this sounds retarded:

How do I regain the ability to read bros? I used to be able to read dense philosophical works back in school but I can barely concentrate on fiction for more than 10 minutes. I can't remember the last time I got "lost in a book"
